Nehemiah Williams, a 35-year-old African American male from Chicago, IL, died on February 21, 2018. His death was the result of a tragic hit-and-run incident. On that fateful day, Williams was struck by a vehicle while walking along a roadway. The driver of the vehicle fled the scene, leaving Williams critically injured.
