Stephen Harris, a 31-year-old African American man, tragically lost his life on October 12, 2020, in Chicago, IL. On that fateful night, around 10:10 p.m., Harris was traveling east in a vehicle on 57th Street when an unknown assailant fired shots at his car as he passed by Elizabeth Street.
