Jonathan Kenneth Jackson, a 27-year-old African American male, was fatally shot on March 22, 2018, in the West Side Homan Square neighborhood of Chicago, Illinois. Jackson was in a van with his family, about to close the door to the vehicle, when a blue sedan pulled up.
