Ricky was born on April 22, 1999, in Chicago, Illinois, and was a resident of Champaign at the time of his death. He attended Circle Academy and was known for his love of basketball and boxing. Ricky was a loving son, father, and brother, leaving behind his parents, Ricky L. Green Sr. and Angela Toms, as well as his children, Rahmir Brown and Alayah Green.
