James K. Smith, a 75-year-old resident of Whitmire, South Carolina, was tragically shot and killed on October 2, 2016. According to reports, the incident occurred around 12:22 p.m. at a home on Wilkerson Road, where Smith was found with a fatal gunshot wound.
