Darren Wimsatt, a 30-year-old African American male, was tragically shot to death on May 28, 2018, in Country Club Hills, Illinois. The incident occurred in the 18000 block of Edwards Avenue at approximately 1:48 p.m. According to the Cook County Medical Examiner’s Office, Wimsatt sustained multiple gunshot wounds and was transported to Christ Medical Center in Oak Lawn, where he was pronounced dead at 4:59 p.m. An autopsy confirmed that his death was a homicide due to the multiple gunshot wou ...Read More
