Stacy Ann Carter-Gonzales, a 48-year-old woman from Tamms, Illinois, was tragically murdered on January 11, 2019. Born on July 30, 1970, in Florissant, Missouri, Stacy faced numerous mental and emotional challenges throughout her life. On the day of her death, she was found south of Tamms, having been fatally shot in her home. The incident shocked the small community, leaving many in mourning and seeking justice for her untimely death.
