Spiros Ibrem, a 26-year-old man from Des Plaines, Illinois, was tragically shot and killed on June 15, 2018, in Chicago. The incident occurred in the basement of a home located in the 5000 block of North Bernard Street. According to reports, Ibrem, along with several others, had been drinking in the basement when the situation took a fatal turn.
