Gabriela “Gaby” Ochoa, 31, a woman from Chicago, was shot to death on the evening of August 16, 2025, in the Bridgeport neighborhood. A Hispanic/Latina victim, Gabriela “Gaby” Ochoa, 31, was outside in the 800 block of West 27th Street around 8:40 p.m. when a robbery attempt unfolded and a gunman opened fire, striking her in the chest.
