Billie Castellano, a 34-year-old woman from Creve Coeur, Illinois, was found dead on April 4, 2017, alongside her fiancé, Jeremy Brown, aged 42. The couple's deaths were discovered by Creve Coeur police officers who were conducting a welfare check after family and friends reported not hearing from them for several hours. The bodies were found in their apartment on the 100 block of S. Thorncrest Avenue.
