In the summer of 2007, the life of Steven Elrick Sr. Brandon, a 41-year-old man from Baltimore, Maryland, was abruptly cut short. On the evening of Wednesday, July 18th, tragedy struck in the Cherry Hill neighborhood of South Baltimore. Brandon was in the 2800 block of Round Road when an incident occurred that resulted in his death, which was later classified as a homicide.
