In the evening hours of April 6, 2024, a burst of gunfire shattered the night in the 1600 block of Bloomingdale Road in Baltimore, Maryland. When the sounds of the shots faded, 31-year-old Uneek Hassan Foust, a Black male, was left with life-threatening injuries. Baltimore Police Department officers were dispatched to the scene at approximately 9:49 p.m. following reports of the shooting.
Upon their arrival, officers discovered Foust suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.
Despite the immediate response and any efforts made by medical personnel who were called to the location, Uneek Hassan Foust was pronounced dead at the scene. The incident was quickly classified as a homicide, prompting an investigation by the city's Homicide Detectives.
