In the late summer of 2015, the life of Michael Charles Thompson, a 44-year-old White/Caucasian male from Baltimore, Maryland, was abruptly cut short. On August 28, 2015, Thompson was fatally shot in the Canton neighborhood of Baltimore. His death was officially noted as a homicide.
