Otis Banks, a 24-year-old African American male, was tragically shot and killed on April 29, 2019, in Chicago, Illinois. The incident occurred in the Park Manor neighborhood on the South Side of Chicago. According to reports, Otis Banks was in the kitchen of a residence located in the 6600 block of South Langley Avenue when the shooting took place. He was with two other males at the time.
