Victor Felix, aged 16, was shot and killed on June 1, 2016, while walking to school in the West Elsdon neighborhood of Chicago. Known to friends as "Baby Vic," Victor was approached by a group of supposed friends who asked him to accompany them to a corner store. Instead, he was shot multiple times in what appeared to be a targeted attack.
