Vincent Holland, a 24-year-old African American male, was tragically shot to death on June 27, 2019, in Rockford, Illinois. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning, around 1:15 a.m., in the 3000 block of California Road. When Rockford Police arrived at the scene, they found Vincent Holland in the driveway of a house, suffering from gunshot wounds.
