Joshua Bey, a 24-year-old African American man from Elgin, Illinois, tragically lost his life on August 6, 2019. The incident occurred in the parking lot of an apartment complex on Fleetwood Drive in Elgin. On that fateful morning, Joshua Bey and a friend met with two brothers, Xavier L.
