In the Chinquapin Park neighborhood of Baltimore, Maryland, a tragic discovery was made on the morning of September 4, 2007. Seventeen-year-old Jasmine Azaria Borum, a Black female, was found deceased alongside 60-year-old Pauline Borum. The two were discovered at approximately 8:15 a.m. inside a residence on Macbeth Drive.
