In the afternoon of November 7, 2019, the life of 33-year-old Amanda Burket was tragically cut short in her own apartment in Baltimore, Maryland. At approximately 2:27 p.m., police responded to a call for a shooting in the 4400 block of Fairhaven Avenue in the Curtis Bay area. Upon their arrival, they discovered Burket inside her residence, suffering from at least one gunshot wound. Medical personnel were unable to save her, and she was pronounced dead at the scene.
