Christine Torres, 34, went missing on January 1, 2001, from Corpus Christi, Texas. She was last seen that day, and shortly afterward, her vehicle was found abandoned along Interstate Highway 37. Inside the vehicle, authorities discovered several of her personal belongings, including her identification, checkbook, cellphone, gym bag, and cash. Despite these items being found, there was no sign of Christine herself, and her disappearance remains unsolved.
