Tammy Kay Arthur, age 30, was last seen on November 9, 2018, in Corpus Christi, Texas. She disappeared alongside her boyfriend, Chad Michael Peters. The couple had recently moved to Corpus Christi from Ohio, where Peters worked as an electrical lineman. In early November, Tammy sent messages to her loved ones stating that she and Chad were in Laredo, Mexico, for his job.
