Jazmyn Reed, a 30-year-old woman from Baltimore, Maryland, tragically lost her life on January 14, 2024, in a shooting incident on Interstate 83. The Baltimore Police Department responded to a call just before 1:00 AM near the Chase Street exit on I-83 North, where they found Reed suffering from a life-threatening gunshot wound to the face.
