Eduardo Rendon, an 18-year-old Hispanic male, was tragically shot and killed on September 10, 2019, in the Pilsen neighborhood of Chicago, Illinois. The incident occurred around 1:25 a.m. in an alley located in the 1600 block of South Loomis Street.
