Eclenzo Lamond Spencer, a 30-year-old African American man, was tragically killed on October 12, 2019, in the Grand Crossing neighborhood on the South Side of Chicago. The incident occurred around 6:45 p.m. when Spencer and a 30-year-old woman were sitting in a vehicle in the 7500 block of South Dobson Avenue.
