Keontay Moore, a 19-year-old African American male, was tragically shot and killed on September 8, 2020, in the Englewood neighborhood of Chicago, Illinois. The incident occurred around 1:23 p.m. while Keontay was inside a vehicle in the 6800 block of South Loomis Boulevard.
