Keshawn Ramseur, 31, was fatally shot in the early morning hours of November 21, 2025, in Chicago’s Lawndale neighborhood on the West Side. Around 3:44 a.m., he and two other people were standing outside in the 4500 block of West Fifth Avenue when gunfire erupted, striking all three.
