Keshawn Ramseur, 31, was fatally shot in the early morning hours of November 21, 2025, in Chicago’s Lawndale neighborhood on the West Side. Around 3:44 a.m., he and two other people were standing outside in the 4500 block of West Fifth Avenue when gunfire erupted, striking all three. Ramseur was hit in the chest and, along with the others, made his own way to Rush University Medical Center rather than waiting for an ambulance.
