Lazarus Jones, age 13, was tragically killed on February 19, 2007, in Chicago. Lazarus was brutally beaten to death in the Albany Park neighborhood, an area located on the city's Northwest Side. The attack, believed to have been carried out by gang members, left the young boy with fatal injuries, and he was later pronounced dead.
