David Noe Santoyo-Gomez, a 31-year-old Hispanic male, tragically lost his life on June 27, 2020, in Chicago, Illinois. The incident occurred in the Brighton Park neighborhood on the Southwest Side of Chicago. According to reports, officers responded to a ShotSpotter call around 3:50 p.m. and found David Noe Santoyo-Gomez unresponsive in the 4400 block of South Kedzie Avenue with a gunshot wound to his head.
