Rayveon Hutchins, a 20-year-old African American male, was tragically shot and killed on November 22, 2019, in the University Village neighborhood of Chicago, Illinois. The incident occurred around 11:59 p.m. in the 1200 block of South Throop Street. According to reports, Hutchins was approached by a man who opened fire, striking him in the head, hip, and back.
