Jason Edward Ahern Jr., a 22-year-old male, was tragically found with a fatal gunshot wound in Crestwood, Illinois, on December 12, 2019. The Cook County Medical Examiner confirmed that the cause of death was a gunshot wound to the head, and his death was ruled a homicide.
