Ismael Carrillo, a 25-year-old Hispanic male, was tragically shot to death on January 7, 2021, in the East Garfield Park neighborhood of Chicago, Illinois. He was found face down and unconscious in an alley in the 3800 block of West Jackson Boulevard around 11:20 p.m. He had sustained multiple gunshot wounds, including one to his lower back.
