Otis Hatchett, a 64-year-old man from Chicago, IL, tragically died on December 7, 2016, after being shot in the head while driving in the Lawndale neighborhood. He was pronounced dead at 11:05 p.m. at a local hospital. The incident occurred on December 5, 2016, and Hatchett succumbed to his injuries two days later.
