Nathaniel Taylor Jr., a 39-year-old African American male, was a dedicated police officer with the Chicago Police Department. On September 28, 2008, Officer Taylor was tragically killed in the line of duty while conducting surveillance outside a residence at 7920 South Clyde Avenue in Chicago.
