Stanley Street Jr., a 36-year-old African American male, was tragically killed on December 15, 2019, in Bellwood, Illinois. On that fateful morning, officers responded to a call and found Stanley slumped over behind the wheel of his vehicle in the 500 block of 22nd Avenue. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
