Stephon Plummer, a 22-year-old African American male, was tragically shot and killed on December 27, 2019, in Harvey, Illinois. The incident occurred in the 14600 block of South Loomis Avenue. According to reports, the fatal shooting stemmed from an argument over the quality of marijuana during a drug deal.
