Stefan Plummer, a 22-year-old African American male from Glenwood, Illinois, was fatally shot on December 27, 2019, in Harvey, Illinois. The incident occurred around 11:52 p.m. in the 14600 block of Loomis Avenue. Plummer was pronounced dead less than an hour later at Ingalls Memorial Hospital in Harvey.
