LaMarcus A. Milligan, a 29 year old Black male, was found mortally wounded in Chicago's West Pullman neighborhood late on April 11, 2020. Responding to a ShotSpotter alert around 11:09 p.m., officers discovered the 29 year old man in the driver's seat of a parked vehicle in the 11900 block of South Indiana Avenue with multiple gunshot wounds. He was transported to Advocate Christ Medical Center in Oak Lawn, where he was pronounced dead.
