Charles Wiley, age 22, was shot and killed on June 17, 2016, in Chicago's North Lawndale neighborhood. The incident occurred at approximately 10:30 p.m. in the 2200 block of South Kirkland. Wiley was shot in the neck, and despite efforts by emergency responders, he succumbed to his injuries at the scene.
