Devin T. Judd, a 23-year-old male from Collinsville, Illinois, tragically lost his life on April 19, 2020. On that fateful night, Devin walked into the Hampton Inn located at 7 Commerce Drive in Collinsville, suffering from a gunshot wound. Despite being rushed to St. Louis University Hospital for emergency medical treatment, Devin succumbed to his injuries shortly after his arrival.
