Montrae L. Marshall, a 21-year-old African American male, was tragically shot and killed on January 21, 2017, in Collinsville, Illinois. The incident occurred in the 800 block of South Morrison Avenue around 12:20 PM. Upon arrival, the Collinsville Police Department found Montrae unconscious on the ground.
