Death by Force

Herbert Windfield, a 35-year-old African American man, was tragically shot and killed on June 16, 2020, in the West Garfield Park neighborhood of Chicago, IL. The incident occurred on the 4300 block of West Van Buren Street. Windfield was shot in the abdomen and was subsequently pronounced dead at Stroger Hospital.
