Manuel Arizaga, a 34-year-old Hispanic male, was tragically shot and killed on July 17, 2015, in Chicago, Illinois. The incident occurred early in the morning as Manuel was walking to work in the Irving Park neighborhood. At approximately 4:45 a.m., police found him lying on the ground with a gunshot wound to the head in an alley located in the 3600 block of North St. Louis Avenue. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
