Christopher G. Kinney, a 54-year-old male of unknown ethnicity, tragically died on January 13, 1936, in Chicago, Illinois. His death was the result of a violent altercation in a courtroom. Kinney was an attorney who found himself embroiled in a legal battle with John W. Keogh, a real estate owner and frequent pro se litigant.
