Bernard Pippen, an 18-year-old male, was fatally shot on January 17, 2015, in Chicago's Washington Heights neighborhood. The incident occurred in an alley on South Green Street. Officers responding to a report of gunfire found Pippen with a gunshot wound to the neck. He was pronounced dead shortly afterward.
