Frank Ellis, a 33-year-old male, was tragically shot dead on July 11, 2020, in the Englewood neighborhood of Chicago. Ellis was outside a home on the 6900 block of South Elizabeth Street when a vehicle pulled up in front of him, and several individuals exited the vehicle and opened fire.
