James T. Johnson, also known by his nickname "T. Roy," was a 23-year-old who was fatally shot on February 14, 2017, in Chicago. Johnson, an associate of the OBlock community in Chicago and a known figure in local rap circles, was shot while entering a store in the South Shore neighborhood. According to reports, he was followed into the store by an unknown individual who then shot him in the chest. Johnson was transported to Northwestern Memorial Hospital, where he later died from his injuries.
