Jacques Barnes, a 20-year-old African American male, was fatally shot on November 22, 2015, in the Englewood neighborhood of Chicago, IL. The incident occurred when Barnes was sitting in his car. According to reports, Antonio Doss, 31, and Kwan Ward, 20, both African American males, were involved in the shooting. Doss was driving a van and pulled over near Barnes' car.
