In the early hours of May 3, 2008, a seemingly insignificant exchange on a Baltimore street corner turned deadly, ending the life of 29-year-old Dawn Lynn Shipley. A mother and a twin sister, her sudden and violent death left a void in the lives of her loved ones that remains unfilled.
