Timothy Giroux, a 45-year-old man from Palmyra, Missouri, was fatally shot in East St. Louis, Illinois, on August 10, 2020. The incident occurred early Monday morning, around 1:30 a.m., when Giroux and Roneka Brown, a 33-year-old woman from East St. Louis, were found inside an SUV on the 1800 block of Division Avenue.
