Timothy Giroux, a 45-year-old man from Palmyra, Missouri, was fatally shot in East St. Louis, Illinois, on August 10, 2020. The incident occurred early Monday morning, around 1:30 a.m., when Giroux and Roneka Brown, a 33-year-old woman from East St. Louis, were found inside an SUV on the 1800 block of Division Avenue. Both victims had been shot multiple times, and their deaths were classified as a double homicide.
