Dalon Russell, a 17-year-old African American male, was tragically shot and killed on September 30, 2020, in the Austin neighborhood of Chicago, IL. The incident occurred in the 200 block of North Central Avenue. According to court records, Dalon was accompanied by a woman who managed to jump out of the way to avoid being hit by the gunfire.
